Since forming in 1960, Roffey Homes has built 50 exclusive developments between Bognor Regis and Brighton.
We have deliberately kept the company small to maintain our reputation for excellent service and attention to detail. The locations we select are the best the area has to offer, whether by the sea, in a rural village, or on quiet urban streets close to amenities.
Unlike other developers we do not sell ‘off-plan’, but give you the opportunity to see your new home and tailor some of the finishes to your personal taste.

To ensure your home and our reputation holds its value, we retain the freehold on all our developments and employ a professional independent management company for ongoing maintenance.

- • Buying through respected local agents who are fully briefed on all aspects of our development.
- • A pre-completion walk-through of your apartment with the contracts manager who dealt with its construction.
- • A detailed manual covering warranties, maintenance and useful tips.
- • Post-completion support from your contracts manager for two years under the NHBC Buildmark scheme, plus ongoing advice from us should you need it.
- • Long-term peace of mind, with professional maintenance at a realistic charge.
