25th November 2011Eardley Site nears completionOur Eardley development on Worthing seafront is now very close to completion. The last remaining elements of scaffold are coming down revealing the amazing replica facade. We currently have just under 50% of the apartments sold before completion of the development. In the New Year, we shall open a new show apartment on the ground floor and with the building complete, prospective purchasers shall be able to view the whole development and any of the remaining 18 apartments in a finished state. |

5th May 2011Roffey Homes Support a village in kenyaRoffey Homes are supporting Mararianta village in the Masia Mara in Kenya through their link with the charity Hive Five Club. Our contribution has helped the vilage build a second classroom and three teachers rooms for its school, which currently has over a hundred children attending. The village will put funds into the school as well by charging a small donation from each tourist visiting local camps and travel lodges. |

13th July 201042-44 West parade, worthingThe Planning Inspectorate allowed Roffey Homes appeal against the refusal of planning permission by Worthing Borough Council last week. This development, overlooking the sea and the adjacent Marine Gardens park, contains 13no. 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments all with balconies, terraces or garages. The Inspector considered the development to be well designed and to reflect the Art Deco style that is a feature of Worthing. he also commented that he believed the new development would enahnce Marine Gardens. We shall now commence the construction design work with a view to commence works in 2011 / 2012. |

7th MAy 2010Roffey homes Nominated for further awardsRoffey Homes have been nominated for the LABC South East Region Awards for the best large residential development for our development at Esplanade Grande in Bognor Regis. These awards place a large emphasis on quality of build and workmanship and we were supported in our application by Arun District Council Building Control. We are also nominated for the Large Scale Residential Award in the 2010 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards. This award seeks to promote the enhancement and preservation of the existing surroundings and again it is for our Esplanade Grande development in Bognor Regis. |

8th January 2010Roffey homes sponsor Kamanga school, zambiaRoffey Homes have agreed to donate £2500 to allow a school in an impoverished area of Lusaka, Zambia to cnostruct 2 new classrooms and a cooking shelter. This means that the school will soon have four classrooms instead of the current two, creating a greatly enhanced learning environment for over four hundred pupils. The cooking shelter will enable the school to provide one properly cooked nutritious meal a day for the orphans and vulnerable children whom it sevres. NOVEMber 2009ATTENDEES AT INTERNATIONAL AWARD CEREMONYRoffey Homes attended the finals of the International Property Awards in San Diego on November 12th. We were one of six finalists in the 'Best Apartment in the World' category with Apartment 51 from our Esplanade Grande development in Bognor Regis representing the UK. Unfortunately we were not successful but we felt hugely priviliged to be representing the Uk in such a prestigious award. |
